CONTRaINDICATIONS FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP or TATTOO REMOVAL

Contraindications for the permanent makeup or tattoo removal procedure are the same as for permanent makeup or tattoo application. Jet Remove Tattoo Remover is an agent and doesn't have any extra contraindications.

ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS:

– decompensated forms of sugar diabetes;
– severe internal diseases, liver and kidney failure;
– any chronic illness at its active stage;
– high body temperature;
– skin predisposition for keloid scar formation;
– progressive psoriasis stage, psoriasis rashes on the face;
– severe immunodeficiency conditions, HIV;
– hemophilia and other diseases, associated with a decrease in blood coagulation;
– epilepsy, increased risk of convulsion;
– severe mental disorders;
– alcoholic and drug intoxication.

 



If you are in doubt whether you qualify for the procedure, it is recommended before the procedure to consult your doctor and show ingredients of both tattoo remover and anesthetic used during the procedure.


RELATIVE COUNTERINDICATIONS:

In case of poor state of health of any origin, acute respiratory viral infection, just a "running nose" without temperature, the procedure should be postponed until an complete recovery.

Skin inflammations, purulent rashes in treated area, acute acne and rosacea are also a counterindication. The procedure may be done only during remission – absence of inflammatory elements and abscesses on the skin.

Potent drugs intake: antibiotics, corticosteroids, anticoagulants, retinoids, etc.); during radio- and chemotherapy. Procedures are possible not earlier than 2 weeks (or more, depending on concrete drug) after treatment.

Malignant tumors – the procedure can be done only with upon written consent of the attending doctor.

Benign skin formations in the treated area – the procedure is prohibited in the areas which are close to birthmarks since they can't be affected with a needle is contraindicative; verrucas and papillomas – permanent makeup may cause their growth and new warts to appear. Therefore, it is worth removing them in advance.
Autoimmune diseases are characterized by the fact that the organism starts producing antibodies to own cells, i.e. immune cells perceive normal human cells as a foreign agent and tend to destroy them. The procedure is allowed only at remission stage with the written consent of the attending doctor.

Hypertension, an increased arterial pressure. The procedure is a stress able to trigger the hypertensive crisis. Prior to the procedure it is necessary to have blood pressure tested and, if necessary to take hypotensive medication.

Allergies (e.g., atopic dermatitis) and responses (e.g., recurrent allergic dermatitis). Prior to the procedure it is necessary to make pain reliefs and pigments tolerance test to be used during the procedure.

Herpes in acute stage is a counterindication for any kind of permanent makeup. Cosmetics application is possible only after complete healing of rashes, and removal of a permanent makeup of lips – in 3–4 weeks and only against preventive intake of antiviral medication.

Conjunctivitis. With allergic conjunctivitis, the permanent makeup removal in the eyelid area can facilitate its course since the procedure results in reduced eye irritation with decorative cosmetics. But at both allergic and bacterial conjunctivitis, the procedure can be done only out of the acute period.

Pregnancy and lactation. Since clinical trials with pregnant and breastfeeding women are forbidden in all countries, data on safety of the used products have been confirmed only regarding women beyond pregnancy and lactation period. Studies performed in pregnant animals have not revealed any negative impact on a fetus, but it cannot be applied to people. Pregnancy is such a condition of a female organism when any interference into its functioning should be done only in case of necessity. Permanent makeup and tattoos removal is not a necessity and it is better to make it not earlier than in 2-3 months after the end of lactation.

Plastic surgeries in the assumed area of permanent makeup or a tattoo removal. For example, post-blepharoplasty removal of permanent makeup of lids can be done not earlier than in 6 months after operation, after full tissues stabilization.

Periods in women are followed by increased pain sensitivity and reduced blood coagulation; therefore it is better to plan the procedure for the middle of the cycle.

Minor age – permanent makeup or a tattoo removal in minors is only indicated at serious cosmetic defects.
